Bowling floor

The Bowling Floor is indicated for both skittle alley and approach, areas where high mechanical and wear resistance are required. This is also an easy-to-clean product with beauty and durability.

Characteristics
The decorative surfacing is made with printed decorative paper and alpha cellulose paper sheets containing aluminum oxide impregnated with melamine resin. It may also feature optical bleacher, when requested, which provides high wear resistance and reflective surface.

The product's core is composed of several kraft sheets impregnated with phenolic resin, responsible for the product's thickness, providing it with high mechanical resistance.

The assembly formed by the decorative surfacing and the core is pressed at high pressure (80 - 100 kg/cm2) and high temperature (135 - 145oC), when the final cure of the resins is made.
